All full-time students are eligible for an Ikon student card.

South Australia |
To obtain your student card, a photo will need to be taken and saved against your student file. Student cards can be picked up from our office in Adelaide. Queensland |
To obtain your student card, a photo will need to be taken and saved against your student file. Student cards are produced from our Brisbane campus and can be collected from there. Full time students who wish to apply for a transport concession card will need to apply online via the Translink website. https://translink.com.au/tickets-and-fares/concessions/tertiary |
New South Wales |
To obtain your student card, a photo will need to be taken and saved against your student file. Student cards are produced from our Sydney campus and can be collected from there. Full time domestic students who wish to apply for a Concession Opal card will need to go on the website for NSW Transport https://transportnsw.info/tickets-opal/ticket-eligibility-concessions/child-student- concessions/tertiary-or-tafe-students For privacy reasons you'll need to provide consent for Ikon Institute to share your details with Transport for NSW, you’ll need to complete this consent form and hand it in to our Sydney campus. Please allow five business days for your information to reach NSW Transport before applying for your Concession Opal card. Order your Concession Opal card at https://www.opal.com.au/ordercard?execution=e1s1 International students are not eligible for a transport concession card currently.

To obtain your student card, a photo will need to be taken and saved against your student file. Student cards are produced from our Melbourne campus and can be collected from there. Full time domestic students who wish to apply for a transport concession card will need to complete the application form available on the PTV website. This will then need to be signed by an Ikon staff at the Melbourne campus. https://www.ptv.vic.gov.au/tickets/myki/concessions-and-free-travel/children-and-students/tertiary- students/ International students are not eligible for a transport concession card currently. |
Western Australia |
To obtain your student card, a photo will need to be taken and saved against your student file. Student cards are produced from our office in Adelaide, and these will be sent to a Perth Staff member who will issue to students in class. Full time domestic students must apply to Transperth for a Tertiary SmartRider.
